Documentation to join the Utopia Groups


Steps for getting added to Brigade Utopia Owners Telegram Group:

  1. Install Telegram on your phone
  2. Create your profile and username
  3. Ensure you privacy setting allows Everybody to add you to a group.
    Settings>Privacy and Security>Groups & Channels> Set it to Everybody
  4. Fill the Google form:

  5. Admins verify details and add to group(allow sometime to admins, if its not too quick
  6. Happy Member to group
Also you can ping @kahrithikeyan or @abhishek0341 with your Telegram username if you face any issues even after following the above steps.

To be enable addition to Utopia Owners Google Group:

1. Please ensure the Add/Invite Setting for your email account is check for “Allow group members to direct add me to their groups”
Refer this public thread where this setting is shown https://groups.google.com/g/k12appstech/c/EphMyW-UAIc 

2. Also, check Either one of your alternate email ID has been added and google groups is not allowing admins to add another.

To get added to the Block Specific Telegram/Google Groups you try filling these forms:

Eden:https://forms.gle/KUZina6eBCTPrn3k7 
Ping @emanurag106 or @crazypk2291 to follow up in case you haven’t been added to Eden Group since long time(more than a week) after ensuring your privacy settings are maintained as requested above.

Tranquil: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1NZCwTLPgnmmcnM8NKBBHeZuzo0VvUSJVXN35K91MxL0/viewform 
Ping @naren_1310 to follow up in case you haven’t been added to Groups since long(more than a week) time after ensuring your privacy settings are maintained as requested above.

Paradise/Halcyon: Once you are member of the Central Utopia Group, search in the main group for links to join the Block Specific Group too.

On the Day of Handover and snags to look for

 On the Day of Handover Before Leaving Carry the following items  Owner/GPA identification card taking the handover Cheque Book, if you wish to start interiors soon Torch (Optional) Measuring tape (Optional) Water Bottle Mats if someone coming along might not be able to stand for long in the flat.
