Brigade TDS Payment Guidelines  Latest  communiqué  (Brigade via email, check your inbox for anything new) Dear Customer,   Trust you and your family are doing good.   This mail is to apprise you on the TDS deductions that must be made on every payment that is made to the builder.   As per Section 194-IA of the Income Tax Act, the purchaser must deduct TDS at the applicable rate (Currently @1%) (if the Total Consideration is 50 lakhs or more) on all payments made, except on stamp duty charges and corpus /sinking fund.   For all individual payments on which TDS is applicable, please deduct the applicable TDS chargeable on the  “Bill value “ amount from the Total Payable amount while making payment to us.   The Total Consideration of your unit is equal to the Agreement Value plus Additional Expenses and excluding Stamp Duty on Agreement to Sell, Deposit towards One-time sinking fund and Deposit towards Campus Corpus Fund (if applicable).   TDS can be paid by following this link  https://
