On the Day of Handover and snags to look for

 On the Day of Handover Before Leaving Carry the following items  Owner/GPA identification card taking the handover Cheque Book, if you wish to start interiors soon Torch (Optional) Measuring tape (Optional) Water Bottle Mats if someone coming along might not be able to stand for long in the flat. Come prepared to stay at site for atleast 2 hours. At the Marketing Office of Brigade Utopia Reach the office on time and ask for Goverdhan/Vishwanath at the reception Let them know your block and flat's handover planned for the day. Ensure you mention the Block (Eden/Serene), as flats names could be similar. The flat preparation starts and you will be taken there in some while.
